Organizational Management Services

Most organizational management work emphasizes the institutional level while neglecting the individual.  This can result in nonalignment of the personal values and needs of the individual with that of the institution’s, and disconnection from a driving force for meaningful work.  Adele utilizes coaching inspired approaches to bridge the institutional and the individual.  It is a reflective process, designed to allow clients to discover their own creative solutions, that can improve effectiveness and broaden choices in moving from understanding to action and accountability.
