Adele loves working with individuals, nonprofit professionals and teams to articulate values as the starting place for work and life that are nourishing, balanced and sustaining. She is particularly drawn to those who find themselves at a crossroads professionally and personally, and despite apprehensions and uncertainty, hunger for self-discovery and exploration of new possibilities. Adele specializes in career and life transition coaching, and her desire is to support clients in moving through that dynamic confluence that is life, guided by their own innate wisdom.

 A combined experience as a funder, organizational development consultant, leadership development program staff, and certified coach, have given Adele a unique set of skills and tools for supporting clients in advancing from awareness to action and accountability. Her goal, in both her coaching and organizational development consulting, is to support others in giving voice to their innate wisdom and purpose.  With an ability to create a sense of safety, she is able to accompany clients in going deeper to uncover and discover whom they want and are meant to be in their professional and personal lives.  Adele believes that there is a deep knowing within each of us that is grounding and always accessible, if we are willing to stop and listen.  It is important to her to foster an environment of openness and connection that honors this wisdom.  To this work, she brings the experience of more than 18 years of personal recovery.  Along this journey Adele has moved from surviving emotionally and professionally to thriving in a life more expansive than she ever imagined.



A coaching engagement with Adele is typically two sessions per month over a four-month period. Sessions utilize a combination of structured activities and reflective techniques based on the client’s needs. Core coaching package components include:

Discovery Session: Building an intentional and collaborative coaching partnership

Identification of Needs & Values: Foundation for defining clear professional and personal vision and mission

Goal Setting & Action Planning: Turning aspirations into action with traction and accountability

Midpoint Assessment: Reviewing progress towards goals and strategies for maintaining momentum

Finding Balance & Expanding Your Support Team: Building of support systems for success
